Our fee is $4000.00 for a Turnkey ROBS package. This is approximately $1000 less than our "competitors."
Furthermore, we can begin work on receipt of one-half of our fee in advance. The balance is billed when the turnkey package is delivered to you. We accept credit card payments.
We also charge a monthly administrative fee which starts off at 50.00 per month, billed quarterly. This fee will cover the first-year work involved in helping you administer your plan, including the form 5500 that has to be filed every year. It will also cover the consultative services that occurred during your first year that are not included in the turnkey fee. These consulting services involve unlimited telephone conferences with you and your advisors concerning your plan installation and proper capitalization of your corporation consistent with the capital ROBS transaction. After your retirement plan is fully installed and we have a better handle on the number of employees who might be eligible to participate in the plan, we will discuss a monthly administrative fee to cover the record-keeping and other services related to the participation of employees.
Remember, your new 401K retirement plan is a “ full-fledged" retirement plan which is not a “one-trick pony” used only for the funding of your new business. Thus, you will be responsible as a fiduciary of the plan to assure that the plan covers all eligible employees. Part of our initial fees involves discussing with you the ramifications of including all of your employees in the plan, as they become eligible.
As with our turnkey phase, the periodic quarterly fees can be charged on a credit or debit card as well.
